Working in diverse settings, sectors, and communities, we utilize the "collective impact approach" by uniting important actors from different sectors to a common agenda for solving a specific economic problem.
Our approach is organized in three distinct phases:
Phase 1 - Initiate Action: We "survey the landscape" by engaging key partners, evaluating existing work, developing baseline data, and launching a governance structure that empowers champions.
Phase 2 - Organize for Impact: Working with the project partners and stakeholders, we establish common goals and shared metrics and create the necessary program support infrastructure.
Phase 3 - Sustain Action and Impact: In a coordinated way, we put in place sustainable processes that enable best practice collection and course corrections as we track progress toward a common goal.
More information on "collective impact" can be found through the Stanford Social Innovation Review.
