Prima Civitas Foundation announces “I Love Michigan” Video Competition, $2,500 Top Prize

Lansing area families sought to host Chinese students for Thanksgiving

Leaders from across the greater Lansing area are participating in the first ever “Lansing-China Host Family Program: Thanksgiving Edition 2010”. 100 Chinese students from Lansing area colleges and universities will spend the Thanksgiving holiday with host families as part of a collaborative effort to make the Mid-Michigan area feel like a home away from home for international students. Moving Ideas to Market’s EnGen Team to Award $18,000 in Pre-Seed Funds to Support Michigan Collegiate Entrepreneur Groups

Lansing, MI - Seven collegiate student entrepreneur groups have received investment to aid in the development of a culture of entrepreneurship at their home campuses, thanks to an innovative pre-seed funding award program. DELEG announces $250k MI Green Regional Skills Alliances Grant to Capital Area Michigan Works!

The Michigan Department of Energy, Labor & Economic Growth (now called the Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (DLRA)) announced today that $250,000 in Workforce Investment Act funding was awarded to Capital Area Michigan Works!
