On January 18, PCF staff and partners welcomed a Delegation of Albanian representatives to our offices in East Lansing. PCF was one stop in a larger national tour for the Delegation. The tour was arranged by the Michigan Council on Citizen Diplomacy. Of particular interest to the Delegation is how Michigan is growing its information and communication technology infrastructure. Dewpoint and Connect Michigan, PCF partners, were on-hand to add to the discussion.
