Steven Bennett serves as the Vice President & Chief Operating Officer for PCF. In this role he oversees programmatic and operational functions of the organization, and directs human resources, finance, staffing, and office system functions. He co-serves a primary role in the marketing and pursuit of revenue for the longevity of the organization and serves a strategic role on projects to further the economic transformation of key engagements.
Steve is also the co-host of PCF's radio show, That Michigan Show. That Michigan Show airs statewide on Michigan Talk Network and is available as a podcast on iTunes - search "That Michigan Show."
Prior to this position, Steven served as a Project Manager for the M-PaTH initiative and the Moving Ideas to Market initiative, and also provided program support for the WIRED/MMIT initiative.
Prior to joining the Foundation in 2007, he worked at Lansing Community College for 5 years, first in the student services area, and then as the staff assistant to the president. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Central Michigan University with a Major in Social Science and a Minor in History. He is currently pursuing a Masters Degree in Political Science/Public Policy. He is an avid reader, enjoying biographies and books on American history. Steven resides in Lansing.
Holly Hetzner serves as the Legal Affairs Coordinator and Innovation Initiatives Project Manager for PCF.
As Legal Affairs Coordinator, Holly ensures the delivery of legal support and research services relevant to the legal affairs of the organization. In addition, Holly coordinates reports, grant submissions, and all promotional materials of the organization.
As Innovation Initiatives Project Manager, Holly manages PCF’s entrepreneurship initiative, Moving Ideas to Market. In this role, Holly oversees programmatic and operational functions of the initiative, which include developing benchmarks and metrics; maintaining and supporting critical networks; leveraging strategic partnerships and networks; securing additional funding opportunities; representing the initiative and the organization; and generating all promotional materials for the initiative.

Holly holds Liberal Arts and Legal Studies degrees, and is currently pursuing a Professional Writing Degree from Michigan State University.
Holly lives in Lansing with her husband Matthew, and two cats, Bellatrix and Tom Riddle. In 2010, Holly and Matt were featured in a PBS documentary about young professionals in Lansing. You can view the documentary here!

Jordan Hughes is a Project Specialist at the Prima Civitas Foundation. His work and general focus is primarily dedicated to assisting the development of new and innovative projects taken on by the Foundation; all of which are aimed at PCF’s constant effort to re-invent Michigan’s economic base and to promote state growth. Jordan is currently a third year undergraduate student at Michigan State University where he is pursuing a degree in Political Science Pre-Law and a minor in Philosophy. As an avidly motivated student, Jordan is also a member of Michigan State University's prestigious Honors College and actively engaged in academic research with his past professors. Previous to joining the PCF team, Jordan worked for the Office of the Vice President for Governmental Affairs at Michigan State University as well as interning with the Wisconsin Automobile and Truck Dealers association. Almost all of his spare time is taken up by athletics, participating in, watching, and cheering on the best team in the land, his beloved Spartans.
Mrs. Evans is the Executive Assistant for the Foundation’s leadership and Board of Directors.
Amiee also participates in the Foundation’s marketing committee, including management of the PCF website, Google Adwords account, email marketing clients, and Salesforce.
Amiee holds a Business Management degree and is currently pursuing an Interdisciplinary Degree in Social Science with an emphasis on Community Governance and Advocacy from Michigan State University.
Amiee and her husband, DeMarcus, live in Lansing with Dante, their blue Doberman. Outside of work Amiee enjoys playing softball, shopping, watching movies, and spending time with family and friends.
