 Tracey Maroney

 

Tracey Maroney is the Executive Director of the Mid Michigan Bio Manufacturing Alliance, a collaboration between Capital Area Michigan Works! and Prima Civitas Foundation.  Her focus is to bring together business, education, labor, workforce development and government leaders who share interest and expertise in Michigan’s bio economy.  The mission of the Bio Alliance is to develop specific sector training, partner collaboration and leverage public, private resources to stimulate economic growth.

Maroney earned her Social Science undergrad degree from Western Michigan University and her Master of Public Administration from Central Michigan University. Maroney grew up in northern Michigan where her family has been in the Traverse City area for six generations; she has two children that graduated from Grand Ledge schools and went on to obtain degrees from Michigan State University and Lansing Community College.   Maroney is planning to run a half-marathon in September so she can check it off her bucket list.

 

Tim Colonesse

Tim Colonnese is President and COO, and a founder of KTM Industries, located in Lansing, Michigan.  KTM is a 15-year old developer, manufacturer and seller of products and materials that are biobased, concentrating on starch-foam technology. 

Mr. Colonnese has over 20 years of senior management experience in leading technology-based companies, based in New York, Miami, Hong Kong, Tokyo, San Francisco and now in Lansing.  He received a BS from Utica College of Syracuse University, an MS from Barry University and his CPA certification from the State of Florida.
